The Five Voices of Leadership
Speaker: Simon Henry
Senior Consultant at GiANT Worldwide
Everyone speaks. Not everyone is heard. Everyone has a leadership voice, whether they know it or not. From the most quiet to the most gregarious, we all have the ability to lead others.
The problem is most people don't understand their own voice or how to use it. The 5 Voices is designed to help every individual discover their leadership voice and be empowered to use it effectively.
Simon Henry got his start learning the laws of leadership
working in the higher education sector. After having successful stints in
financial advising and non-profit work, Simon spent the last couple of years as
an Assistant Professor and Academic Advisor at his alma mater, Indiana Wesleyan
University. The love of learning and growing encouraged Simon to pursue his PhD
in Organizational Leadership.
Simon’s road converged with GiANT Worldwide when he went
through their XCore program as a client. He experienced significant change in
work and on a personal level and was invited to join GiANT as a Senior
Simon believes that leaders must develop their influence by
first leading themselves. Know yourself to lead yourself is an imperative part
of Simon’s life on a daily basis. He believes that all leaders need to
understand themselves better in order to intentionally lead their families,
teams, organizations, and communities. Simon uses the tools created by GiANT in
order to help leaders attain a high level of self-awareness.
Simon’s first line of leadership is at home with his wife Rachel and six kids. He truly desires to be an agent of liberation for his family and provide high challenge and high support as a father and husband.
Simon will help you become a truly influential leader, a leader worth following. GiANT raises up Liberating Leaders who will have significant, lasting and impactful influence on the lives of those they lead in every circle of influence.
